While I actively try to avoid using TV as a yardstick for real life, reading this article from the Beeb makes me wonder if Her Majesty's Government isn't (or "aren't, as the Brits would say) setting setting themselves up for failure.
Maybe I should have skipped those episodes of MI5 (AKA Spooks) on BBC America...
