Sting or Entrapment?

Many have expressed concern that the FBI keeps announcing that it has "thwarted" a terrorist plot, only to have it develop that, in fact, only one person in on said plot was NOT an FBI agent. Prompting flashbacks to the 60s (70s, 80s, 90s), vis a vis "If they're trying to get you to blow stuff up, they're Feds."

Well, after the recent Portland Christmas Tree Bomber was "thwarted", the Seattle Times reveled that the FBI script offered teen ways out of terrorism.

So now, it's "If they're trying to get you NOT to blow something up, they're Feds." Thanks for the publicity, Wikileaks Seattle Slimes.
