Also, the Assistant Mall manager took home the key to the arms rack, so he had no access to his AR-30 .338 LAPUA MAGNUM to provide covering fire from the third level platform. This will be brought up in the A.A.R. scheduled when the mall manager returns from his vacation to Sarasota.
