Robb Allen has a good piece up from Florida Carry about the ATFEIEIO proposed rule (41P) making it harder for aw-abiding citizens to establish or become part of a trust to own certain firearms-related objects, including safety equipment like sound suppressors.
The comments period is closing shortly, and maybe we can drive a stake through this one in time...
