This just seemed cruel...

...so I thought I'd repeat it for everyone back East...

Hah, nice. I never stop using the Traeger year 'round, but we do charcoal grill less in the winter. The darling bride has been hinting that I need to clean out the weber - sometimes you need that serious sear and not the long smoke. That might have to be my lunch break chore today. Oh hey speaking of which, do you know "Proper British Bacon" down in Auburn, just South of Hwy 18 on Auburn Way? They source some excellent beef and pork. Not as much all grass pastured as they used to have, but overall good stuff. Personally, I don't care for their namesake product, but making it got them in business. Anwyay, a good local source of better meats to add to your list if you don't know the place. I think Olsen's, halfway out to Enumclaw on 164 has the best bacon, the applewood smoked stuff. I need to just buckle down and get a half a pig and a half a beef...

Yes, we've shopped at PBB. Some excellent sausage, and I've made candied bacon ("pig candy") from their American and British style bacon. I believe it's yet another bidness founded by a retired Microsoft Millionaire...

Excellent, good stuff, glad you are taking advantage.
Here's my local venue question I've been wanting to ask -- do you enjoy Korean food? I'm sure you are familiar with it at least. :D I was lucky to go to Team Spirit '88 with my Guard unit and went crazy for the food, though I'm still far too ignorant of it all. Question is -- recommended restaurants in the area, if any? best - Erik
