Dear Amazon Shoppers...

When Amazon.com sends you an email asking if you can answer someone's question about a product which you have purchased...

...If your answer is some variation of "I dunno"...

...Don't bother. You're wasting your own time and everyone else's.

Further, if the answer is a simple "yes" or "no", you might want to take the time to discover whether someone else has said the same thing before posting.

I know these emails make it sound like Joe Schmuckatello from Resume Speed, IA, is asking this question of you, personally, and you feel like you're ignoring the poor guy by just deleting when yu know you can't help him, but...

...You're not helping.
