The proper way to condition the rechargeable battery of a brand new electronic device is to completely drain and recharge it.
If you want to drain the battery of your brand new Android tablet, I have found no better tool for the job than Angry Birds.

Angry birds will do it! Fast, too! I don't let my daughter play with my phone anymore for that exact reason.
