I've heard they're awesome on full autos.
Only ever used 'em on Ma Deuce, or M60Ds, the helicopter door gun mod. But the '60D sucked for firing from a bipod. Spades work okay from a pintle or tripod. (And, really, a tripod mount is just a pintle with three legs...)
