Seriously, I don't remember the last time it rained this hard around here. "Seattle rain" is usually a miserable drizzle that lets up just long enough to lull you into thinking it's done, and then starts again.

I'm heading out there Monday early, Zeke dropping me off at Midway at o dark 30 for a non stop to PDX. From there it's an hour or so drive and a ride on a ferry and I'm at Dad's.
