The Lakota Nation has established it's own bank. (Not sure, but I think it's this Lakota Nation...)
I have no idea how "good" a bank it is.
But you gotta love a bank that quotes Atlas Shrugged on it's "About Us" page, which is headed by the statement "Money is made possible only by those who produce."
