On this day in history...

Mr. Free Market reminds us that this is the 40th anniversary of the Chappaquidic Triathlon.
I notice that, whenever I look up the more egregious bills that have raised their ugly heads this year--most recently HR3200 "The Ted Kennedy Memorial Ruination of American Health Care Bill", and the "Taking Advantage of Defense Budget to Declare Anything We Don't Like To Be a Hate Crime" rider--that some vomitous Democrat claims "It's a shame Senator Kennedy can't be here, this has been his signature cause for centuries, ever since Mary Jo begged him with her dying breath to put down his drink and pay attention to the road..."
