GB250RB coming to an end
The special event station GB250RB, which has been active during 2009 to commemorate the 250th anniversary of Rabbie Burns' birth, will go QRT at midnight on the 31st of December 2009.
The station, run by members of Kilmarnock and Loudoun Amateur Radio Club, has been active from different locations in Ayrshire, Dumfrieshire and other locations in Scotland with links to the Bard.
KLARC's Secretary Graham, MM0GHM said:
"GB250RB will go QRT at midnight 31st December 2009. Thank you to all stations that have worked the station during the year."

There was at least one other ham at the Seattle Scots Highland Festival this year, maybe we should have thrown up a
long lang wire and tried for a QSL...
