So, apparently, the Washington State Supreme Court has ruled that the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is incorporated against the states, or at least, this one. Unless you're a minor. As Sound Politics (the first link) notes
The court did not actually rule that minors do not have such rights, but basically asserted that they weren't convinced they did. Civil libertarian Justice Richard Sanders wrote for the majority, saying, "we keep our powder dry on this issue for another day." (Emphasis added.)Everyone's a comedian...
