David Hardy reports that the ATF has counter-sued an undercover ATF agent who sued because the ATF did not provide promised protection for his family when his cover was blown and Hell's Angels burned down his house and stuff.
The ATF is claiming that his lawsuit, and book, and impending movie, have damaged the reputation of the ATF.
What did he do, confuse them with the TSA?
