Volunteering for Tea

Last year's event of the season may well have been the 9/12 rally in DC, which may well, have drawn 1,000,000 people.

This year they're going for three million, although by having three simultaneous rallies, one in DC, one in St. Louis, and one in Sacramento.

The Tea Party Patriots are looking for volunteers...:

Hi Fellow Patriots,

As you know we have the 912 Tea Parties happening across the country this weekend. Here are a few announcements about the events:

* Click through for details on each location: 912 West Sacramento, 912 Central St. Louis, & 912 East DC.
* Volunteers are still needed in all three locations. Volunteer tasks include helping with donations for t-shirts, putting TPP stickers on US Constitutions, handing out the US Constitutions, helping direct foot traffic (in STL and Sac). If you are able to volunteer, please fill out this form.
* Need a ride from Washington State to Sacramento?
$225 for round trip bus fare and one night stay in a hotel. We will make stops all along I5 south. Email redistributingknowledge@gmail.com ASAP with BUS in the subject line if you are able to go or want more details.

Hot Tea Radio
It's all about the Tea Party this week on Hot Tea Radio. Today, Dawn Wildman joins Steaming Tea with The Brazen 3 to enlighten them on progress (not progressives) with the Sacramento rally. Wednesday's show brings Mark Meckler to talk about how the 9.12 mega-rallies are built and what we can do to support them from afar and Friday's show has Jenny Beth Martin with the skinny on the St. Louis rally. Special editions of Hot Tea Radio will be covering all three rallies and if you would like to call in with a report from a rally, please e-mail hottearadio@gmail.com with what rally you will be at and what time you can call in; it will be 5 minutes or less to give a report.
