I think we should equip all congresscritters and their staphs with shock collars. I was going to say "radio tracking collars", and "shock collars" came out instead. (It's like my fingers are geniuses!) Every time a congresscritter says something abysmally stupid, they get a few volts. The higher the degree of stupidity or contra-Constitutionality, the higher the voltage.
