The line was crossed months ago, apparently, the rats are in full-on cover-our-ass mode, and employing all the mus-slinging, slanderous, libelous tactics you might expect.
I do not know Mr. Frank well, but I do know and respect Boyd Kneeland, as well as Dave Workman and Joe Waldron, and regard any suggestion of impropriety on their part to be ludicrous, to say the least.
