Tsunami hits Cali, Oregon, Hawaii UPDATE

First waves hit Crescent City, Calif., Port Orford, Ore., at 10:30 a.m. ET Friday
Boats torn loose in Santa Cruz, Calif.
Initial reports from Hawaii indicate no serious damage
Evacuations ordered in low-lying West Coast areas
Port of Los Angeles temporarily suspends cargo operations
Note that the Tsunami Warning extends inland.

Looks like the Aloha State came off well, again, but a relatively small tsunami can still be incredibly powerful.

Fox News' screen crawl is now saying that the harbor at Crescent City, CA, was "destroyed."
UPDATE:  Fox is now reporting that Crescent City was hit by an 8 foot wave, and that 2 dozen boats were destroyed, as well as an unknown number of houses.
UPDATE 2:  LA Times says "Tsunami causes significant damage in Crescent City, Santa Cruz; high tide coming"
