Flame fougasse
Mostly an improvised item, but there are/were fixed flamethrowers used in fortifications and defensive installations that are considered to be a form of fougasse. This one is German, WWII:

From a discussion at the Rendezvous, a transformer about to undergo a blow-out would spit fire AND boiling oil - that'd be way-kewl!
