Graphic: Pro-Gun Laws Gain Ground - WSJ.com. "Since Newtown Massacre, More States Ease Regulations Than Bolster Them"
The article this accompanies is behind the Journal's "pay wall", but the graphic is pretty striking. Five states have enacted laws "strengthening" gun laws, and, frankly, the summary of such laws in Wyoming, Utah, and Mississippi reads like something many in the Gun Culture would support. (Which is not an endorsement.)
As for the so-called "weakening" of gun laws, well, so far as I can tell, that's progressive-speak for "Strengthening gun rights."
Speaking of which, the New York Times published an article entitled In Mass Attacks, Public Now Advised to Take Action.
They actually admit that some mass murders are stopped by citizens shooting the perpetrator!
No doubt the entire Democratic Caucus has taken to their beds with the vapors.
