So reading Howard Taylor's Schlock Mercenary is part of my daily routine, as you can see from my sidebar on Web Comics. Not necessarily in this order, check Schlock Mercenary, check Day by Day, check Mallard Fillmore, check Girl Genius or Buck Godot, depending on what day it is...

Today's Schlock has the added extra attraction of having a hilarious footnote:

It gets better from there. Really. If you ever had to eat MREs, especially the early versions, it's short, but funny.
