"WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING"

In WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING Brigid, who is at Home On The Range (see the link on the right side of the screen?) , does an excellent job of dissecting the Obamessiah's latest endorsers, the American Hunters and Shooters Association. (No, I won't link to them.)

Now, I really don't believe that most folks who read my blog aren't already aware of the fact that this outfit is, as Brigid calls them, Wolves in Sheeps' Clothing, that is, a bunch of rich gun-grabbers who think that gun rights advocates are so stupid that they would fall for the "We don't want all guns, only the eeeevil ones" line. But in case someone you work with, or go to church with, or your kid goes to school with their kid, etc., needs to hear it, Brigid presents some facts.

I know I usually don't raise the subject of guns and gun rights at work, because I long ago established a rule of no discussions of religion or politics in the workplace. But sometimes the subject is brought up and I van't avoid it, so I may as well have some facts to throw in, not that gun-grabbers usually are deterred by silly little things like The Truth...

And, by not wearing my interest in guns on my sleeve, but also not keeping it in the closet, I often have a chance to answer questions by folks who just want to know. I think it's more effective that way.
