Say that again?

Following a tip from Say Uncle (Sounds silly), I learn that a court in Pennsylvania is deciding whether a teenaged girl taking a photograph of her scantily-clad self is child pornography.

While the photos were allegedly taken for "sexting", the girls have not been accused of disseminating them.

Yes, yes, "sexting" stupid, child pornography bad, but...  What are they thinking?  A case where I agree with the ACLU:

ACLU lawyer Witold J. Walczak, ... argued the prosecutor cannot accuse the girls of being pornographers under the guise of protecting them from pornographers.

There is just so much wrong in this article:

Mr. Donohue (attorney for the former-DA who brought the original charges) argued that prosecutors have the right to prevent behavior by a child that could endanger that child.

That opens up so many different cans of worms...
