On the one hand, this is silly.
On the other, I could wish more elected representative spent their time on silly stuff like this, as opposed to, well, bail-outs or the nationalization of industries.
This being in "Live Fee Or Die" New Hampshire, P.J. O'Rourke and his fellow New Hampshirites, or whatever the word is, probably prefer it this way...
