On this day, in 1968

Big Government's Friday Free for All: Prague Edition:
Today, in 1968, 200,000 Warsaw Pact troops and more than 5,000 tanks invaded Czechoslovakia, to end what had been known as the “Prague Spring.” It would be more than two decades before freedom again broke out in Eastern Europe.

And certainly it was courageous to stand up to that column of tanks.  (See the video:  They tried to maneuver around him, but he kept shifting in front of them.)

But, arguably, standing up to foreigners in a tank takes even bigger, brassier ones than standing up to a countryman...

In case anyone needed a reminder of the evil that is Marxism...
