I never posted an obituary for The Princess. (Mrs. Drang did on Facebook.)
It came pretty sudden, one day she was playing with her catnip mousie, the next she was hiding, and on Friday she came out, but was literally staggering. I took her to the vet, she spent the weekend, and by Monday morning it was obviously too late, so we aid Goodbye.
We knew she was FIV positive, did not expect her to live 20 years, but never expected to lose her so quick. With this, and with Ratbane's horrible decline and loss, we took Sparrowbane in for a full checkup, and he came back clean, so we went looking at cats at the various shelters.
And here she is.
Crappy cell phone pics. Maybe they should leave the phone out of these things...
